O levantamento, baseado em dados do Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE), compara a composi\u00e7\u00e3o do eleitorado da regi\u00e3o nas elei\u00e7\u00f5es gerais de <strong>2018, 2022 e 2026<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Em 2018, o Alto Tiet\u00ea tinha cerca de <strong>70 mil eleitores nessa faixa et\u00e1ria<\/strong>. Em 2026, o n\u00famero ultrapassou <strong>108 mil<\/strong>. A compara\u00e7\u00e3o utiliza os dados exatos do cadastro eleitoral para calcular o percentual, enquanto os valores apresentados em n\u00fameros absolutos s\u00e3o arredondados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">O crescimento faz parte de uma mudan\u00e7a mais ampla no perfil et\u00e1rio do eleitorado regional. Entre 2022 e 2026, o n\u00famero de eleitores com <strong>45 anos ou mais<\/strong> passou de <strong>470.614 para 580.508<\/strong>, aumento de aproximadamente 23%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo o cientista pol\u00edtico Caio Barbosa, doutor pela Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (USP), mudan\u00e7as na composi\u00e7\u00e3o et\u00e1ria do eleitorado podem alterar a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de interesses que candidatos e partidos precisam considerar. Entre os temas que podem ganhar maior aten\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o <strong>aposentadoria, sa\u00fade, acesso a medicamentos, seguran\u00e7a, custo de vida e estabilidade econ\u00f4mica<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Barbosa tamb\u00e9m ressalta que o envelhecimento do eleitorado n\u00e3o significa que pessoas mais velhas tenham comportamento pol\u00edtico uniforme. Al\u00e9m disso, como o voto \u00e9 <strong>facultativo a partir dos 70 anos<\/strong>, o aumento desse grupo no cadastro eleitoral n\u00e3o representa necessariamente maior comparecimento \u00e0s urnas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">\ud83d\udc74 Voto facultativo<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">No Brasil, o voto \u00e9 facultativo para pessoas com <strong>mais de 70 anos<\/strong>.
