Ele era alvo de um mandado de <strong>pris\u00e3o tempor\u00e1ria<\/strong> expedido no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Vectura Corrupta, que investiga suspeitas de infiltra\u00e7\u00e3o do PCC no sistema de transporte coletivo da capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo a Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP), Milton se apresentou por volta das 15h30. Ap\u00f3s a entrega, afirmou ser inocente das acusa\u00e7\u00f5es e disse confiar na Justi\u00e7a e no trabalho dos investigadores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEu sou inocente de todas as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es. Eu acredito na Justi\u00e7a, no trabalho da pol\u00edcia. Temos oportunidade agora de provar tudo que foi dito\u201d, declarou Milton Leite.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Questionado sobre eventual arrependimento, o ex-vereador respondeu: <strong>\u201cS\u00f3 se arrepende quem comete crime.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Milton havia informado anteriormente que estava viajando e que se apresentaria \u00e0s autoridades dentro de 24 horas. A entrega ocorreu dentro desse prazo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Vectura Corrupta, conduzida pela Pol\u00edcia Civil e pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de S\u00e3o Paulo, investiga supostas rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre integrantes do crime organizado e empresas do transporte p\u00fablico. Milton \u00e9 citado nos autos como poss\u00edvel respons\u00e1vel pela opera\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas empresas investigadas e nega envolvimento com as irregularidades apontadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A defesa pediu acesso integral aos autos para analisar as acusa\u00e7\u00f5es e as provas reunidas na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o.
