Ele decidiu exercer esse direito.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o apura a poss\u00edvel pr\u00e1tica do crime de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o (stalking), previsto no C\u00f3digo Penal, al\u00e9m de suspeitas de obten\u00e7\u00e3o indevida de informa\u00e7\u00f5es. O caso envolve reportagens publicadas em 2025, nas quais o jornalista relatou suposto uso irregular de ve\u00edculo oficial vinculado ao Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Maranh\u00e3o por familiares do ministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">O procedimento teve in\u00edcio ap\u00f3s acionamento por parte de Fl\u00e1vio Dino.
