Segundo o documento, Zettel movimentou <strong>R$ 99,2 milh\u00f5es em cerca de sete meses<\/strong>, valor que supera em mais de <strong>200 vezes<\/strong> sua renda mensal declarada, estimada em aproximadamente <strong>R$ 66 mil<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com o relat\u00f3rio de intelig\u00eancia financeira, as transa\u00e7\u00f5es ocorreram entre <strong>junho de 2021 e janeiro de 2022<\/strong>, com cerca de <strong>R$ 49,9 milh\u00f5es em cr\u00e9ditos e R$ 49,3 milh\u00f5es em d\u00e9bitos<\/strong> nas contas ligadas ao empres\u00e1rio. O Coaf afirma que o padr\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es indica que a conta pode ter sido utilizada para <strong>\u201ctr\u00e2nsito de recursos de terceiros\u201d<\/strong>, o que levanta suspeitas sobre poss\u00edvel atua\u00e7\u00e3o como intermedi\u00e1rio financeiro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">As informa\u00e7\u00f5es refor\u00e7am a linha de investiga\u00e7\u00e3o conduzida pela Pol\u00edcia Federal, que apura se Zettel teria atuado como operador financeiro do banqueiro Daniel Vorcaro, ligado ao Banco Master. Ambos foram presos preventivamente por decis\u00e3o do ministro Andr\u00e9 Mendon\u00e7a, do Supremo Tribunal Federal (STF), no \u00e2mbito das apura\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">O relat\u00f3rio tamb\u00e9m menciona transfer\u00eancias que passaram a ser analisadas pelos investigadores. Entre elas est\u00e3o repasses que somam <strong>R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o<\/strong> ao empres\u00e1rio Luis Roberto Neves, irm\u00e3o de <strong>Paulo S\u00e9rgio Neves de Souza<\/strong>, ex-diretor de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o do Banco Central do Brasil. A \u00e1rea comandada por Souza era respons\u00e1vel por monitorar institui\u00e7\u00f5es financeiras como o Banco Master. A transa\u00e7\u00e3o incluiu empresa da qual o ministro do STF Dias Toffoli \u00e9 s\u00f3cio. Em nota divulgada anteriormente, o ministro afirmou que vendeu sua participa\u00e7\u00e3o <strong>a valor de mercado<\/strong> e declarou nunca ter recebido valores de Vorcaro ou de Zettel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">O relat\u00f3rio do Coaf tamb\u00e9m cita outras transfer\u00eancias consideradas at\u00edpicas, incluindo <strong>R$ 1 milh\u00e3o para um piloto de avi\u00e3o<\/strong>, <strong>R$ 763 mil para uma joalheria localizada na Rua Oscar Freire, em S\u00e3o Paulo<\/strong>, e <strong>R$ 1,5 milh\u00e3o para uma empresa ligada ao pr\u00f3prio Zettel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Os relat\u00f3rios de intelig\u00eancia financeira do Coaf n\u00e3o indicam automaticamente a exist\u00eancia de crime, mas servem como base para investiga\u00e7\u00f5es conduzidas pelas autoridades.
