A PEC, apresentada pela deputada Erika Hilton<\/strong> (PSOL-SP), prop\u00f5e a redu\u00e7\u00e3o gradual da jornada para 36 horas semanais. O texto j\u00e1 re\u00fane as assinaturas necess\u00e1rias e foi encaminhado \u00e0 Comiss\u00e3o de Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o e Justi\u00e7a (CCJ) da C\u00e2mara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O presidente nacional do PL, Valdemar Costa Neto<\/strong>, afirmou que o partido trabalhar\u00e1 para barrar a proposta ainda na CCJ, etapa inicial da tramita\u00e7\u00e3o.
