A Pol\u00edcia Civil de S\u00e3o Paulo iniciou, em parceria com a Meta (empresa respons\u00e1vel pelo WhatsApp), o envio de notifica\u00e7\u00f5es oficiais por meio do aplicativo<\/strong>, utilizando contas verificadas com selo azul<\/strong>. A medida integra o programa SP Mobile<\/strong> e tem como foco pessoas que est\u00e3o em posse de celulares com registro de roubo ou furto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como funciona o novo sistema<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Por meio da API oficial do WhatsApp<\/strong>, as mensagens s\u00e3o enviadas diretamente aos aparelhos com restri\u00e7\u00e3o criminal identificada. O uso da ferramenta oficial evita que as notifica\u00e7\u00f5es sejam bloqueadas por filtros de spam e garante maior autenticidade da comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Somente nesta semana, cerca de 2 mil notifica\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong> foram disparadas. Os destinat\u00e1rios s\u00e3o orientados a comparecer a uma delegacia indicada na mensagem para prestar esclarecimentos sobre a proced\u00eancia do aparelho.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seguran\u00e7a contra golpes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica (SSP-SP) refor\u00e7a que:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • As mensagens sempre exibem o selo de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o do WhatsApp<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • N\u00e3o s\u00e3o solicitadas senhas, dados banc\u00e1rios ou qualquer tipo de pagamento<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Toda orienta\u00e7\u00e3o oficial limita-se ao comparecimento presencial \u00e0 unidade policial indicada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    A recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 que o cidad\u00e3o desconfie de qualquer contato que fuja desse padr\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Criado em junho de 2025<\/strong>, o SP Mobile j\u00e1 apresenta n\u00fameros expressivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • 5,9 mil aparelhos devolvidos aos propriet\u00e1rios originais<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Mais de 5 mil notifica\u00e7\u00f5es enviadas<\/strong> at\u00e9 o momento.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      O programa cruza dados de boletins de ocorr\u00eancia com informa\u00e7\u00f5es das operadoras e registros de aparelhos ativos, permitindo identificar dispositivos irregulares em uso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      O que fazer ao receber a notifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Quem receber uma mensagem oficial deve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      1. Conferir se o perfil possui o selo azul de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Comparecer \u00e0 delegacia indicada dentro do prazo informado;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Levar documento de identidade e, se poss\u00edvel, a nota fiscal do aparelho<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
